Your first appointment
Your first session includes a full case history and assessment, so Josh can understand the root cause of your symptoms before any treatment begins. Treatment is hands-on and may include soft tissue massage, joint articulation, spinal manipulation and dry needling, alongside tailored exercise advice to support your recovery between sessions.
